Most items are handmade or crafted.  If you wish to place a custom order, please contact us via the contact page.  Custom orders require a 25 to 50 percent non- refundable deposit depending on the items ordered. 


Quantities are limited on most items, because they are mostly one of a kind.


Shipping is currently a flat rate. Some items are more expensive to ship. If that is the case, the price will reflect it and it will be listed in the description.


Custom orders take longer to process and ship. You will be contacted via email regarding custom orders. A time line will be issued depending on the time it takes to make the item and to ship. Updates will be given via email. Any further questions regarding custom orders can be asked if needed in response to first contact email.


Custom gift wrapping is offered for additional fee, found in the shop. Traditional shipping of gifts is no additional charge. Receipt will not be sent in orders that are listed as gifts. Invoice will be emailed to purchaser.

Damaged items must be returned for either a full refund or replacement within 60 days of purchase. If a replacement is needed, please contact immediately via the contact screen. Since most items are one of a kind, this will enable recreation replacement to begin. Insuring that as soon as items are returned, new ones will be shipped immediately.

Any item undamaged that is returned, will have refund issued upon return of product.

Custom orders are none refundable, but if item is damaged in transit a replacement may be offered.
